The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Qcleaning and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

Payment processing fee applies to all card payment. 

​

The customer is advised that certain stains are impossible to remove, and that certain conditions caused by wear and tear are not apparent until completion of cleaning. 

​

The cleaning team will make every reasonable and professional attempt to clean to the best of their ability. 

​

The cleaning team cannot be responsible for any damage caused by existing conditions, that are not apparent upon visual inspection.

​

Exit report must be emailed to helloqcleaning@gmail.com within 24 hours.

​

Any over due payment will be charged for $10 per day admin fee.
